Welcome to H2Online
Using H2Online just got safer and easier with the recently completed upgrade.
Because of the security improvements, users that had saved credit card information must re-enter that information the first time using the new site to pay their bill. Click here to learn how to set up your wallet. The process is different than it was in the previous version.
In addition, passwords now must be six to 10 characters in length and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. Users with passwords that do not meet these requirements can still login to the system, but should select “Edit Personal Information” from the left navigation bar to update their password to the new parameters.
The improved features include:
- setting up you online account yourself in minutes;
- going paperless by registering for e-Notification;
- creating a myH2Online name so you no longer need to know your account number to login; and
- consolidating multiple accounts under one myH2Online name.
First time users need their account number and their cycle and route numbers to register. All this information is found on your billing statement. If you do not have a copy of the bill, you can contact customer service at 817-392-4477 to obtain this information.
This site is not for establishing new service. That must be done by phone (817-392-4477, 24-hours/seven days a week) or in person at one of our customer service locations.
Existing users do not have to re-register. Just login in using your account number (including the dash) and password, as you did with the previous site.
To access the secure site, your browser must be set to use TLS protocols. Customers using Internet Explorer as their web browser can check this by following the steps below.
- Click Tools (at the top of this page)
- Click Internet Options
- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
