TIF 13: Woodhaven

Purpose: TIF 13 (Woodhaven) include public infrastructure associated with mixed-use development, demolition, environmental remediation, and all expenses allowable under the Tax Increment Financing Act are contemplated as needed.

Established: Nov. 27, 2007 by City Council

Term: The term extends from 2007 until 2028 and will terminate on Dec. 31, 2028 beginning with the tax increment generated by the 2008 tax appraisal and ending with the tax increment generated by the 2027 tax appraisal.

General: This TIF covers approximately 1,100 acres and includes the intersections of Woodhaven Boulevard and Boca Raton Boulevard as well as Bridge Street and Boca Rato Boulevard, as they intersect Loop 820. It is generally bounded to the west by Willow Ridge Road, to the south by I-30, and to the north by the Trinity River. Mr. Danny Scarth serves as the Chair for TIF 13. View a boundary map.
