Tax-Foreclosed Property Sealed Bid Sales
Please note: There are two separate bid sales in progress. Be careful to comply with the deadlines for your preferred sale.
Properties are the result of tax-foreclosure sales. The City of Fort Worth is the trustee for these properties. A list of tax-foreclosed properties is attached with the minimum bid amount that will be accepted. Buyers will be required to pay post-judgment taxes due to Tarrant County in addition to the amount of the bid. Bidders are urged to perform their due diligence on any property on which they wish to bid. All properties are sold “AS IS” and are subject to redemption period if still within the redemption period.
Sept. 9 Sale
Sealed Bids will be accepted through the Purchasing Department at City Hall, 1000 Throckmorton St., from Aug. 16 to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 9. Late bids or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
Bid opening is set for 2 p.m. Sept. 9 in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
Sept. 16 Sale
Sealed Bids will be accepted through the Purchasing Department at City Hall, 1000 Throckmorton St., from Aug. 23 to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 16. Late bids or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
Bid opening is set for 2 p.m. Sept. 16 in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
